I really love this Blackview rugged phone. I use it in my job all day long as a personal phone as well. I have it for a week so far and no problems. More common used apps: Waze, I love Radio, Calls, Messages, WhatsApp, Google, Calculator, Credit charge, Photo, Facebook and some games.... Run smoothly with 75 apps installed . Connect easily to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.I will recommend it to more friends, great creative phones.
Awesome phone its fast and its resistant, sliped out my pocket from over 20 feet high and landed on concrete and small almost non noticible dent is on it. I listen to music all day at work for about 10 hours 3/4 volume and its pretty loud and i get home woth the phone over 21%, Water resistance is on point and wireless charger is a bonus never really use it but it works same with the thermal dont use it but its awesome.
Grate camera fast phone good battery life and alot of memory can't really complain about anything other then where the Sims card goes feels really cheap but so far no issues with it opening or anything already dropped it a ton so that's been tested
Once you get them working with your provider, these are great phones. The 48mp Sony camera take great pictures, even in low light. The FLIR camera doesn't have great resolution, but it functions well and quicker than the add-on FLIR that I paid $100 for to use with my current phone.
The biggest hurdle to overcome with this phone is getting AT&T to recognize it in their system. The Blackview bv9900 Pro range of IMEI numbers is not recognized in AT&T's system. For unrecognized IMEI numbers, AT&T lists the phone as some version of 3G phone (mine was listed as a Nokia 3120). It will NOT connect to 4G LTE until their system recognizes it as a 4G phone.
After getting a new SIM, manually assigning the APN, making a visit to their store and several calls to AT&T I got through to Platinum support. A Platinum support rep confirmed that unknown IMEI numbers default to 3G phones. He said that he would request addition of the Blackview IMEI number to my account as a 4G LTE phone but that it might take as long as 2 weeks. He also assisted me by reassigning the SIM to my current phone while I wait.
There ARE ways around this, but they will void your warranty and may be illegal where you live, so I won't explain them.
This isn't a 'plug and play' BYOD phone on AT&T, but it might work out of the box on other carriers.
I believe this phone is worth the 'process issues' I'm dealing with in getting it set up on AT&T, but I'll update my review in a couple of weeks either way.
Got this phone a while back and I am dazzled. Works with quite most bearer in America, it has a really wonderful signal. Battery life will normally last two or three days. I am a genuinely substantial client as well. Speakers are decent, very loud. The best an incentive for it is its warm imaging camera. This capacity must be supposed to be the most intriguing and commonsense capacity I have ever utilized. Contrasted and the warm imaging of BV9800 Expert, it is all the more clear and computerized. In the event that you need an extreme, cool, android telephone for 1/3 the cost of the unstable cell phones that continually break, an extraordinary purchase with BV9900 will satisfy you. Highly recommended!!!
