Three stars for customer service, two stars for shipping, five for build quality, and five for price.
Had the phone for just over 24 hours now and I don't really like some of the modified android features, though there are other's that I love so there's some balance there. The phone seems to be very well built and works so much better than my old phone, especially for a rugged phone. My only complaint about the phone itself is the sides are very smooth and can be hard to hold on to if you're not used to it.
I'm hoping that the slow shipping (a full month for it to ship and be received) was just a result of me pre ordering the phone and not standard practice, but just in case be ready for a lengthy wait if you order state side.
Everything looks excellent, shouldn't have compared the phone to the previous model they are both meant for different uses. I'd also recommend someone fluent in English for the videos and someone who can polish the script for the video so it sounds better, try to focus on similar products and key factors for this particular product. :)
I'll update this review once I've obtained my phone, so far it looks great.
